Modified food starch that is made in the Usa is gluten free

You are using a lot of old sources. These are the ones that were given to me almost 22 years ago when i was diagnosed. They are not completely accurate anymore. You need to update your information.

Int the USA……Wheat must be listed. Rye and barley are terrible modifiers…so unless a product is modified with wheat, it’s probably corn.
