Apologies for my lack of posts; it’s been a busy week.
Just a hint of what’s in the works:
• Reviews of some of the offerings from a couple of local, gluten-free bakeries, Amaranth Bakery and The Greenwood Kitchen.
• Regular guides to & reviews of restaurants, vendors and markets where you can get your fill of all the best Philly fare.
• A (to-be-revised) recipe for Nachos Italiano and a (yet-to-be-made) recipe for Grapefruit Avocadough Tartlets.
• and… PHOTOS! My roommate happens to have a nice digital camera that I’ll be able to use around the house, so I can finally start offering mouth-watering documentation of my culinary experiments, as well as important instructive imagery.
