Well I am gluten-intolerant so I should not eat gluten because my body doesn’t process it. And people who have Celiac disease CANNOT eat gluten or they will be sick.

My boyfriend’s cousin and mother have Celiac’s disease, so they can’t eat gluten or they become very ill and vomit.

People who can’t eat wheat are the same, but it’s a different illness.

celiac disease. I have it
gluten causes an unhealthy reaction by our immune system, it sees it as foreign
then the immune system attacks itself which can lead to other things like bowl cancer and multiple schelorsis

its nasty

ps: It tastes like shit, if you can eat normal bread dont go anywhere near g free it is not healthy, it is more expensive and it does taste worse
