Gluten free bakery that ships?
Does anyone know where I can find a gluten free bakery that’ll ship a cake to Louisiana. I haven’t found a bakery in the state that is gluten free, so I figure my only option is to have it shipped.

To my knowledge there is no GF bakery in LA and most that would ship are far off and would be pretty costly!
I personally do my shoppign online and at whole foods and make my cakes from a mix, Pamela’s Luscious Chocolate Cake Mix. (she has a couple otehr flavors but they’re hard to find).
There are also countless GF cookbooks and sites and if you’d like a list I could give it to u.

Don’t know about shipping a cake but you could try Pamela’s baking mixes. They have some good cake and frosting mixes and you should be able to get them at Whole Foods or maybe a health food or specialty section in your grocery store.
