I am using rice flour which is gluten free. I mention spelt probably a slip of the tounge, SPELT FLOUR CONTAINS GLUTEN. Thanks for spotting that!

Keep in mind that spelt flour would not be gluten free as it’s a member of the wheat family.

No problem at all. I know you were using rice flour. I just thought I’d point it out for people who may think the two were interchangeable.
